Our activities
Our children enjoy Swimming Classes every term, it is all about skill & talent at Lakisha Academy.
We are Global Citizens… Every year we celebrate different cultures of the world, a lot of learning, a lot of understanding, a lot of fun!
Our children enjoy a variety of sports throughout the school year. We have our annual Sports Day where our learners do athletics competitions between their houses [Aberdares, Karura & Mau]. The 2025 champions is Mau house. In addition, our learners participate in football, volleyball, handball among others. We have 3 fields from which our learners get to enjoy various sports.
Learning takes place inside and outside the classroom. Every year our children are taken on various educational trips exposing their minds to so much more.
Gardening is an integral part of our school life, every Thursday is a gardening day. All learners participate in a gardening activity. We eat our own vegetables. We have also planted many fruit trees & indigenous trees and we continue to do so in order to do our part as Global citizens.
